The quality of care is exceptional here. It is not your average "hospital" setting care facility. It is a warm and inviting atmosphere and feels like home. Highly recommend.
The negative post regarding a mother in law doesn't present all the facts. My mom was there for 4-1/2 years and I saw lots of new residents come. Most, like my Mom, came because family could no longer care for an aging parent or spouse at home. In a few cases, people would be transferred from another facility with health issues that Carlene's Care Home had not been made aware of, and the new resident would need to be sent on to the hospital or to another facility. My grandmother lived here for many years. My grandfather and our entire family were very happy with the care she received. Most of my visits were unannounced and always enjoyable. Grandma always looked nice and smelled good. She was happy and content. It felt like a home away from home. As a caregiver myself I would definitely feel confident in placing a loved one in Karie’s care.
Carlene Comfort Care is a lovely Adult Foster Home in a beautiful setting. I have only know their caregivers to be caring and fantastic. Eva is a wonderful person and very easy to work with.
