Doesn’t answer phone calls or emails. Granted handling the estate of Virginia Berthelson might be complicated, but an answer to what the heck is taking so long would be appreciated. Another year is almost gone by? If this was a planned estate. We got a copy of the will and who and what everybody was supposed to get was listed. So what the heck is the hold up?
