This Lady is everything!!! I needed a form to be notarized emailed and mailed off the same day. I started googling Notary specialist, either the known businesses were closed or too far away. I took a chance and called her expecting to hear "Closed on the weekends" but, Lo and behold she was open for business on a Saturday. Not only did she Notarize my document, she taught me how to Digitally scan and more. Her spirit is very welcoming, warm, professional and helpful. I, Thank you wholeheartedly Ms. Carlar.
Carlar provided mobile notary services for the bill of sale and title transfer for the purchase of a used boat. Excellent service, super nice, and all around wonderful experience! She was able to meet us at a mutually agreed-upon location within 5 minutes of contacting her (on a Saturday!) Her notary fees were exceptionally fair.
