I am an independent physical therapist who loves helping people improve their quality of life by decreasing pain, increasing strength, flexibility, balance and posture. I see the WHOLE person, not just one "bad" joint or muscle. My goal is to minimize pain and improve function, then teach my client how to self-manage their issue to prevent its return. In September of 2020, I opened a clinic location in downtown St Charles, IL. Come check it out!
