Ms. Pepperman served as a Mediator for a personal injury case that I was defending. She was very knowledgeable and a consummate professional during Mediation. Professional, compassionate, and comforting is how I describe my experience with Carla. Throughout the process, she walked with me each step of the way to make sure I knew what was going on and what I needed to do and when. The communication was outstanding, when I had questions, I would receive a response promptly and the answer was always direct.
