It is with deep gratitude that I write this review. I have had a tenant that refused to pay rent for almost 2 years and openly bragged about protections for tenants and refused to clean the apartment. According to them, they had to eventually move so, they weren’t going to clean ( just imagine the odor), even let water run even when it’s not in use.
