Carl Durfee's Store I live in Albany and fortunately have relatives in Fair Haven so we get to town several times a year. Durfee's was a wonderful discovery with a great selection of clothing and always a discount. Recently Durfee's overcharged my credit card and when I notified them they were quick to apologize and refund my card. They even sent me a $20 gift certificate. Durfee's is worth a little traveling because of quality merchandise and excellent service.
very good quality clothing This small town store carries a varied inventory for all members of your family. From shoes to casual wear, PJ's to bathing suits, you can find it here. Good quality at fair prices. Brand names like Levi, Osh Kosh, Nike, etc. Right on Main street and easy to find parking.
We stumbled into this wonderful store! We stumbled into this wonderful store while buying gas as we traveled thru Vermont. A pair of clearance Crocs for my daughter led to a $200 purchase within the store. Great clothes, great prices, great variety - nice people. We're putting this on our list of places to stop next time we're in Vermont. Worth the trip!
