His office is easy to find, and he replies to phone messages in a timely manner. I recommend him to my students’ parents or friends' children needing a professional, qualified ear or sounding board. I have seen him encourage children to share their thoughts and fears, spilling out words before realizing what that they were sharing. He has such a caring demeanor that he can help even the toughest of kids with the thickest walls around them begin to trust again.
