Terrible customer service. Asked for a call back from customer service manager. No response.
Not a good workplace for nurses, majority were inexperienced/ agency nurses, heavy workloads due to nearly 1:40 (nurse: residents) ratio, user unfriendly tablets for medication administration with screen auto-locking too often which was frustrated for nurses, unclear instruction for crashing meds, not updated photos for residents while most of the residents couldn’t answer their names, unlock-able medication rooms have risk of residents going to have wrong/overdose medications themselves, bedroom numbers were nearly invisibl... read more
