Unprofessional and overpriced. Employees are nice, but owner runs a sloppy system. Sign up sheet was put up the night before without a notice or mention in their terms and description. For long travelers or people that get there before dawn, THAT IS INFORMATION WE NEED. In addition, there were three names added to the list the night before, meaning someone knew the list was up, presumably the owner added their names. It's an untrustworthy practice that has lost my business from here on out.

I am the employee with Caring Transitions who taped the sign-up sheet to the window the night before the sale. Had I known you were coming I would have stayed in the vacant house all night by myself in an unfamiliar neighborhood. Also, I apologize three people signed up before you, a husband, wife and their daughter. Please don't blame the owner of our company, he's an incredibly kind, humble person. I take the blame. In the future, please don't call me "Honey" .

We contacted Caring Transitions when we decided to make a major life-style change. After our first meeting with Todd we knew we were in good hands. Todd and his team did an incredible job of preparing for and managing the sale of all our house hold goods. These folks are quick, thorough, knowledgeable, hard working and totally trustworthy.
