I set up a meeting with a Theresa She came to my new residence. She said to set up an appointment for my old residence. I called Person said there waa NOTHING on their books about me He said he would call Theresa and call me right back. THAT WAS OVER 29 HOURS AGO. WHAT WOULD YOU DO?
Wonderful experience! The pottery was even prettier in person. It was wrapped so carefully it arrived in perfect shape! Shipping charges were reasonable.
As both a buyer and a seller that has used this company - just don't. Don't do it. I stopped buying roughly 3 years ago after a few mishaps but decided to try them for selling off inventory I had for my resell business. When I got a $2100-$2400 quote to just pick up the already packed boxes and 10 smaller pieces of furniture I should have ran. No way they are paying their employees $122 an hour (even if you deduct benefits for their employees, that price does NOT make sense). We ended up dropping off the items ourselves. But... read more
Be very careful doing business with this place. They are extremely deceptive. I have learned from them not to be so trusting that people are honest and do the right thing. They mark up shipping fees by more than 400% on top of charging ludicrous handling fees. I'm considering filing suit against them in Magistrates just on principle and to prevent others from being scammed in the future. Will never recommend them for liquidating estates, completely untrustworthy.
Always amazing!!!!! Im a repeat customer for years now.
