Would not recommend this company at all. They took our funds, but did not advertise the Estate sale as promised in the contract. They did not return phone calls or emails when asked questions before or after the sale. They illegally entered the home after the sale using the lock box and took items without permission. The Estate sale "profit" check we just got today, two weeks after the sale had unknown "misc" fees and was less than 1/4 of what was promised and agreed upon. Avoid this company at all cost.
