I use Caring support @home - home care packages for my mum, our whole family is very grateful to them, most important thing is whether it is after work hours or on the weekends, they can be reached at any time for help, try their best to help my mum solve the problems. I used caring support@ home for my Dad who has Parkinson’s diseases and has a level 3 home care package. When signing up we were told they had the services available to help my dad. Once we signed up the nightmare started. -The cleaners would come and hide in the bathroom and not clean. -Dodgy Occupational therapist hired for work that took 3 months to get equipment had to hire another OT through different provider because a lot of equipment was missed that Dad needed. -damaged equipment installed case manager did nothing to... read more
