I was very appreciative of Rachel the care manager. She was very helpful and i think the agency is lucky to have her.

Had a bad experience with one of these employees…it’s very sad & pathetic to think someone hired to care for a loved one would steal from them!!!!!!!
Caregiver did not show up and the agency had no valid explanation or speedy replacement option. I don't know how they stay in business.
