We were very pleased with the Caring Senior Services and the care they provided. Also, they were very prompt in always replying to all our phone calls and emails and very patient in dealing with our long-term care insurance company. They were always making suggestions and recommendations which showed their concern and compassion for the patient.
The admin team worked quickly to provide overnight care for us.Their staff was professional, supportive and responsive to our requests and our concerns. It was a difficult time for our family, it was refreshing to have everyone so patient and kind.
I only needed help for one night for my niece who had surgery . Debra led me through the process with ease. The nurse showed up on time and was very attentive. I would definitely use this service again if needed!
Debra and her team were amazing caregivers for my 85 year old mother. They were professional, patient and compassionate to my mother as well my family. I have never seen a team work so hard to help my family in such an impossible situation.
