It a great pharmacy and great staff, no doubts. Only issue is Anchor Pricing and Upselling, counter price is dipped and when you reach payment it's another story. A decisional inertia is created and customers get confused. Can we please avoid these marketing gimmicks. I bought an APLB cream priced around 38 and had to pay 60. Kindly request to keep the reputation and customer retention.

I am deeply dissatisfied with the service provided at this store. In Malaysia, cashless payments have become standard practice across most retailers, with Touch n Go standing as a primary payment platform. I visited Caring Pharmacy DPulze to load RM300 onto my Touch n Go ewallet, only to be informed by the sales associate that the maximum she could process was RM200, and advised me to visit another convenience store for the remaining RM100. I dtg nak beli detox and susu kambing anak I . And ada 1 staff suggest I untuk beli new brand detox and yakin kan I bagus bagus sebab ada probiotics. Before this beli greent tea je . I share pengalaman I ,I tak suka rasa tu, I tak boleh susu, tak suka masam ,tak suka rasa berpasir I ada masalah membuanh Dari kecik jangan I beli tapi tak berkesan pula. Membazir kene buang pula .
