Their clients that live there are disrespectful of other people living near them. One client specifically sits on the front steps everyday, and then proceeds to smoke god knows what. She then coffs like she is sick with something and spitting on the ground. The coff itself sound disgusting. This is not a retirement home it is a home for mentally challenged people.
