This transportation service left a wheelchair bound 73 year old MS patient waiting for approximately 2 hours for pick up from a surgical appointment. Called multiple times to get an ETA. After an hour wait, they stopped answering the phone leaving this poor man to suffer for an additional hour—and they still charged the full transport fee with no apology.

Worse place to work for , don't pay you for the hours your worked ! Screws medicaid charging for rides that got cancelled!

No working number, unable to use web site to contact them. The driver took wrong person. They do not even deserve 1 star

Today the driver of the vehicle with license plate 11013-BT was driving on the 1-90 around 11:30 am. At speed and recklessly . When i went to take the tablet number he stopped and got down to insult to me. I hope the company investigates this this driver.

i have been with the rest and caring harts is the best by leaps and bounds. their clean large vehicles to their nice helpful drivers to their on time drop offs and quick pickups take the stress and anxeity out of a doctors appointment with a transport. with the other transports i have missed appointments, waited hours for pickup and have been dropped by 2 doctors because of missed or late appointments. i would not use anybody else unless caring harts was not available that day.
