Management was kind but failed to return my numerous calls, along with my family members and parents of my nephew about a situation that happened on the bus. Also as I happened to be behind bus 15 on my commute to work the driver was on their phone and blew a red light! It’s unfortunate that my nephew doesn’t have any alternative ride to school.

I've had issues with a particular driver in my area, he has challenged me more than once when trying to pass him in another lane, going well over the speed limit, and today, the same driver drove right through a red light at the corner of manchester st and airport rd in concord. If you monitor them via camera, that will likely show. I have a plate number if needed. I would never recommend your company solely based on my experiences with this driver.
Your drivers are crazy!!! I reported police already.. damn I’m still feeling so bad ! I was driving on my lane and he tried to come my lane suddenly I was gonna gone these barriers as you can see !!! I’ll be always checking my case with that its definitely your drivers so bad !
