I have not used their service but was almost in an accident with one of their drivers who was weaving in and out of the shoulder lane to cut off traffic on the left. This wasn’t Boston-aggressive driving but actually insane and reckless. Couldn’t see if there was a passenger, but I can’t imagine putting anyone I cared for into that car.

I would highly recomend Caring Choice. Revere Senior Center recomended them to me. They are very accomodating, even after I changed pick up times 3 times. The drivers are very helpful. and you can't beat those prices!

My handicap mother needed to be transported to and from the hospital for 4 weeks every day. They were always on time, the driver was very helpful. Excellent customer service with Eva…. Many times we changed the pickup time coming back from the hospital, she always accommodated us. Pricing was excellent as well. I cannot say enough about them. I highly recommend them
