Very unprofessional and very unorganized. Staff don’t know what’s going on when u ask them questions. Administrator Sara is very rude and talks to staff any kind of way. Nobody there cares for the residents. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody.
I wouldn’t send my loved one here. Always short of staff. Employees not wanting to do their job. Leaving residents in wet soiled briefs all night. Not getting them up for get ups and keeping them in bed. This place has no housekeeping so it always dirty. Managers don’t like getting in the floor to help. Residents are falling left and right because employees are always outside smoking or hiding in the bathrooms. Ice machine been broken since Labor Day
