David was so lovely and helped me with my twins’ bikes when I was having trouble with the seats. He was so helpful and friendly and even came out to the car so I wouldn’t have to bring all of the kids out. Definitely recommend
Carina Cycles helped us get two mountain bikes prepared for a 5 day trek. They were super helpful, thorough and gave expert advice. I prefer to skip the large chain stores and go to Carina Cycles for personal service and real know-how.
This shop's legit. There aren't many proper bike shops left in Brisbane either. If you have a bike, go get it serviced here.
Will NEVER shop here again, extremely rude, gave me wrong chain ( even brought in rim to match) , when returned to shop to buy right chain, tried to say he's not refunding it and i should of opened bag with sizzors and not torn it ( I DIDNT EVENM ASK FOR REFUND JUST WANTED RIGHT ONE) , BUT if i bring hole bike he will look at it and match it up for a good deal, pfffttttt i didnt come down in last shower , its a chain not a gyro cube! SCAMMER SHOP BEWAREEEEE
Service and minor repairs; did an awesome job, was like riding a new bike again. Did a clean and shine on it too.
