Communication is difficult, messages aren’t either received or not acknowledged by staff. Time to get new hires working can take up to 2 weeks for Carina to get paperwork done. Every time I try to have business dealings with Carina I feel like I’m wading through a mess of chaos. Trying to communicate information to them is a nightmare.
The app is only as good as the case manager or case worker are at responding to you once you’ve messaged them saying you’re interested in interviewing a potential client. I’ve had instances where I never get a response back. It can be extremely frustrating. But the app itself is good.
After this review I was issued my payment.
Carina was a wonderful resource in finding assistance for a family member. There was enough information about people to make good decisions about who to interview. Very happy with our choice.
