I get in-home caregivers paid for by Medicaid. Most agencies just send a caregiver & hope they're compatible with you. VERY hit or miss. I love Carina because I can search thru available caregivers, filter the searches, and read their profiles before reaching out to them to speak on the phone & set up a Meet & Greet to see if we are in fact a good fit.
