We recently moved my mom to Carillon Oaks because she needed more attention and care than her independent living facility could provide. We have been very impressed with the kind staff and level of communication we receive. Mom is happier being in a place just for women. Did not know a place like this existed before!
Carillon Oaks has exceeded my expectations. The staff is kind and patient. My mother is treated with dignity. The facility itself is beautiful and clean. The daily activities, personalized care and secure outdoor spaces have made a noticeable difference in my mom’s well-being and happiness. I am deeply grateful to Jannie Ford for her dedication and heart. I highly recommend Carillon Oaks.
The staff at Carillon Oaks has made the transition of my Mom into memory care as smooth as possible. They have been readily available for questions and have gone above and beyond to help us with getting Mom moved in and settled. The facility is beautiful and is unlike anything else available to memory care patients in the Madison area. We are so thankful!
Our loved one has lived at Carilion Oaks since March. The nursing staff, activities staff, administrators, caregivers, and kitchen and maintenance staff all seem to be happy to interact with our love one. When I ask for help, they are always responsive and kind. We feel like our loved one is safe and respected. They also have an in-house nurse practitioner and behavioral health specialist who seem to really care and have called me anytime I had concerns.
