As a retired Health Care Professional, I am extremely impressed by both the professionalism and personal care of the provider as well as her support nurse. Best care I have had in years.
I was 15 minutes late because of the many buildings in West Lake that are so similar!! I went to the wrong building first!! They turned me away even tho it’s obvious I am in need!! Very disappointing in their decision to not give me needed treatment!! This is mail pal practice!!
Love the instructors, they are fun and genuinely enjoy teaching their classes. So much is offered at Carillion. A very special place.
The staff are very nice. The 'therapy pool' seems to have inconsistent temperatures; sometimes the water feels much cooler than others. It is a great asset, though, and gives room for several people at a time. Some folks have come in with their kids, but recent signage indicates the center is aware and asking that only those needing the 'therapy' aspect use it. Price is reasonable.
