I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service at this location. On numerous occasions, most of the employees have failed to acknowledge me when I enter or leave the establishment. They often do not greet customers, make eye contact, or show even basic courtesy. As an African American customer, I cannot help but notice a difference in how some employees interact with others. The facility is clean and offers efficient and always friendly staff to help with your physical therapy plan. Dry needling is expertly done and offered to patients for whom this type of treatment is a good option. Parking is abundant and located in the area surrounding the physical therapy department. Wait time is minimal, appointments are usually 30 minutes, which equals a relatively quick exit that allows you to go on with your day!
We have been coming to Carilion Wellness for karate for years that is offered by Mr. Bleecker. The staff are always so friendly to all of the children coming through for the classes and so encouraging when the kids walk by. They keep a clean facility and always leave feeling like they really care.
