My girlfriend broke her wrist in November 24. She had just moved to Virginia and did not have health insurance at the time. She was seen at carilion. After months of doing her due diligence to try and utilize their charity care program, which is a moving target, she decided to call it quits and just set up a payment plan. I only came with my dad so he could try to talk to someone from Billings and we were in the wrong building. They moved Billings out of the hospital and into what looks like an old warehouse that’s not even in the same area of the hospital. It’s so difficult to find where it’s located. We ended up being so late that we just wasted gas going there bc we arrived at closing time. They need to update their opening and closing on this website.
