Le déconfinement a débuté, j’ai donc demandé une première rencontre en personne pour rédiger un testament et mandat d’inaptitude. Je considère que c’est sérieux et personnel, je n’ai pas le goût de faire ça par téléphone (je n’ai pas d’ordi pour zoomer et même si j’en avais un). Ma demande a été refusée, elle vient de perdre une cliente! Je rajoute une 2e étoile pour la gentillesse de la réceptionniste.
