Impossible to make an appointment. I've called, messaged and they do not respond. They do advertise on social media but what's the point if you are unable to make an appointment.
EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE—NOT WORTH THE MONEY! My husband and I went for a couples massage after confirming over the phone that a one-hour session was $60. We requested 45 minutes, assuming it would cost slightly less. We arrived on time, but the staff asked us to wait because they were busy — which we didn’t mind at first. I’ll admit the actual massage was fine. But when I came, nobody was busy but I still had to wait around. I payed for 90 min and received 80 min. (I timed it myself). One other minor thing happened while I was there but I’ll leave it out. I texted a few times just to make sure they are aware that there was an issue that has to be fixed, but they seem to not be professional enough to answer a text.
