Never picked up their fone very unprofessional
Terrible customer service. If you email for information about the Toronto office, they only give information about Montreal. The staff never picks up phone calls, nor do they return emails or voicemails.
Cargolutions has been extremely helpful and patience while helping me sort out paper issues from my end. Appy in particular has been wonderful to work with. Also helped us with a difficult delivery overseas that our regular shipping company could not complete. Would 100% recommend
