Was going to be 5 min late for a noon pick up and was bumped back to 1)600 app. Waited over 2 hrs in truck. Another 2-3 hrs in the dock being loaded. All automated check in & communication. No real people/service. Only person you’ll c is the guy with paperwork & seal after loading. This place ALWAYS takes at least half a day to pick up.
