I have seen customers treated with the utmost disrespect by staff and managment and I have seen management treated with disrespect and unprofessionalism by upper management. In my opinion, I refuse to shop or show support for EZ-GO.which all of my friends, family, and associates will discontinue their support as well.

i am very upset and disapointed with your store i come in your store every day to get a lotto fix and thay never have any i all was have to walk down to stripes by the way is 4 long streets over and most of the time thay wont cash them in thay say its down how can that be its 10:00pm it does not close until 12:00 every were else can u please help me out and have a word with your staff thank u.
What is up with the plastic cups for the fountain drinks?? This has to be the biggest "goof-up" E-Z Go has made. I used to stop there on my way to work every day for a fountain drink, but no more. These plastic cups sweat all over the top of my desk and dont even keep my drink cold for any amount of time. At least with the styrofoam cups, my drink stayed cold and didnt make a mess wherever it was placed. I dont know what you were thinking but you need to think again. My experience at EZ Go Foods today at 1:23 on 03 August 2008 located on 2808 NW 52nd Street was anything but good. They mislabeled a price on a Rock Star Diet (240z) for \$1.99, and I purchased it for \$3.29 of which they would not honor the mistaken price. The manager was very rude and disgusting with me. I told her I will will start shopping at Stripes.

While customer service at EZGOs is among the highest in convenience stores, there is a serious concern with "pay at the pump" procedure. It seems that when using this feature, a minimum of \$75.00 is charge to the card being used, regardless if the amount is less. There is nothing posted at a pump informing customers of this charge and that it may be 48 hours before the balance is credited back to the card.
