My husband needed transport to a doctor appointment. Tracy showed up and what a blessing she is! She is compassionate and caring in the service she provides. Tracy drove him to his appointment and took him all the way in to the doctor's office, which turned out to be great because the facility he is in did not do xrays prior to the appointment and Medicare won't pay for doctor office xrays when the patient is in a medical facility. This place is a total mess. Payton, the operations manager, is super disrespectful and unprofessional. I worked there for two months, was on time, and Payton even said she never got any complaints about me. Then, I had some issues with the van remind you, the some of the vans are old and beat up.
