Had a positive trip with Michael Ochoa (I hope I'm reading the name right) The hospital couldn't figure out my wheelchair but Michael took time to make sure my leg was positioned comfortably before our trip
Drivers are good. Booking takes FOREVER though. Even though they have all of my mom's info. Automated online booking process would be a good idea
