Horrible and rude staff who will not always tell you the truth.
A particle aid Cristin Johnson has been treating my sister with major disrespect. She didnt wanna do anything. She never stayed the time she was suppose to. She didnt like cleaning . The last straw was today when she raised her voice at her.
Worse experience of any agency...staff works on a volunteer basis and does not have to answer to anyone or commit to a schedule.. They don't care about the patient...when they allow their staff to ignore needs or try to do things there way it upsets the patient...ofc staff does not seem to know what they are doing . I believe with some adm skills things could of been better
