Care tenders was arranged to do home visits for PT and OT for my wife upon her release from rehab after surgery. Care Tenders totally failed to arrange any appointments, failed to schedule any appointments and provided absolutely no services whatsoever. As such she’s had no PT or OT from them. They don’t respond to phone calls either.
Extremely knowledgeable and helpful
One Educational Nurse was sent out to my home, to show a Family member how to take care of my wound care and dressing treatments. I was uncomfortable with the Family member taking care of my wound care, so I called and asked the Nurse if she would come back and take care of me? She said, No! I live with someone who has been using this service for "light cleaning" since I moved in with him last November. WORST SERVICE EVER!!! The company says someone will show up--and they don't. We call to find out what happened, and they say "Oh, they told us they couldn't make it. Didn't someone let you know? We'll see IF we can get someone out to you next week."
