Took my wife there on a Friday and removed her on the following Wednesday. On Saturday I found her bed was made but when I pulled back the blanket her bed was urine soaked. Also I found that she was still wearing the same clothes she had worn into Symphony the previous morning even though I had brought 5 days worth of clean clothes and pajamas. I love how big and spacious the rooms are, other places I have seen are much smaller and cramped... also OMG the variety themes & decor down the different halls offers a soft touch. With new builds and modern designs there is a sense of coldness, but Symphony TriCity feels like home. There is this awesome memory lane spot that offers all kinds of cool history to some surrounding towns with old photos to reflect back on memories. The staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and responsive to her needs. The facility is always clean, welcoming, and feels more like a community.My aunt enjoys the daily activities and has made several new friends. We have peace of mind knowing she’s in a safe, supportive environment. Highly recommend!
