Jamie Graham has been a lifesaver throughout the whole process while trying to find an assisted living facility for my dad. Jamie of CareStreet was a fabulous resource for finding senior care options for my mother who had been hospitalized and moved on to rehab care and then to respite care. Jamie found her a place to stay and made all of the necessary connections and coordinated all aspects of my mother’s move from rehab to respite care. Thank you CareStreet for your excellent services.
Mary was very knowledgeable about facilities that could accommodate dad and worked with us when his condition changed needing additional care. She helped us find a great facility where dad is receiving good care and dad is very happy there. I highly recommend her.
