The staff are absolutely wonderful.....such care and compation ,thank you
They don’t deserve any star tbh, train your staff on how to communicate and approach others especially the Indian nurses very disgusting, unprofessional, nasty attitude towards people.
I have appreciated the workers here from nurses to cooks to cleaning staff to entertainment staff and management
My grandmother of 85 years recently moved in there. One of her nurses was very agitated when asked to help her with her shower. She yelled back and forth with my grandmother before finally doing her actual job, which is to take care of the elderly. Action was taken internally, so I'm glad that things are being done.
