My grandfather was a patient that was housed at this long-term care home. Unfortunately, he suffered a fall where he hit his head. The care home assessed him and determined that he was fine. They did not call an ambulance. He passed away 4 hours later. I feel as though the action of the home was negligent and had it not been for the lack of care provided at the time, my grandfather may still be with us today.
This place allows patients to get in bed with other patients spend hours in bed with patients who are sick and than spead the virus throughout the building. turns off air conditioning to other sick patients on oxygen causing them to panic before moving them to a cool room with air conditioning during a heat wave while management makes excuses for not being able to handle certain patients from getting to other sick patients beds did we learn nothing from covid
