Even though the facility is old the staff is wonderful. I dont know how they do what they do but bless their hearts. This is a tough job to do. Caring for people who can not care for themselves. This place may not be perfect but they are trying and willing to make improvements to provide quality care for their residents. I really appreciate the care they provided for my step-dad. Thank you for everything you have done for him. We will always be grateful.
This is what this facility did to my Mama.... !!!!!!...There's no compassion, no love, respect, very heartless. I've witnessed so much daily, the lack of attention, knowing that these precious residents have dementia, or other mental illnesses???. They just leave them there to rot away. It makes me sick to my stomach knowing that this place is still running. They literally caused my Mama's death. Seeing is believing and there was nothing I could do.
