This is what this facility did to my Mama.... !!!!!!...There's no compassion, no love, respect, very heartless. I've witnessed so much daily, the lack of attention, knowing that these precious residents have dementia, or other mental illnesses???. They just leave them there to rot away. I have read and heard negative things about Caressant Care, my family member who I personally have taken care of before they went into another long term care facility has been transferred to Caressant Care recently. I was very skeptical at first BUT, I did my research by calling around and speaking personally to other workers and also family of residents who have known of patients who have been there.
