Edit to add: They had no issues at all locating my number to call me after I left this review! Unbelievable. This review is based strictly on the billing administration. And to warn others of the doubling billing that occurs here. (Which, for those who may not know.. is illegal. Only one point of contact should be attempting to collect a debt. My mom has been a resident here for 6 months. This is never an easy decision for anyone. Knowing that she is being taken care of and in good hands, puts my mind at ease. Anytime I have questions, the staff are always nice and helpful. I know this is not an easy job and it takes special people to do what they do. I’m sure they are understaffed and underpaid, which is sad. It makes me appreciate them more than they know. Keep up the great work!!

It says open 24 hours, that's false, I'm a third shift worker and not welcome to visit on those hours and none of the nurses aides know how to do things correctly. Numerous times we've corrected mistakes that could have caused life threatening issues. This place is horrible and not recommended, do not send anyone here!

The administrators at facility for head hunting beds for them to fill is ridiculous! They are contracted with St Elizabeth which makes dealing with St Elizabeth hospital very difficult on other facilities for their patients to go to. if patient's family would do their homework they would find other Post acute medical centers. This facility is not even a Post acute medical center it is a glorified nursing home to which they still need to send out patients to St Elizabeth to receive wound care and dialysis in other medical pro... read more
