Please avoid using this provider for Aged Care Packages. I only lasted 4-5 months with them. Tired of them continually changing my mother’s personal carer and the day and time they were to come. So it was ok for them to change the day and time but as soon as I needed to change it I was told her account was going to charged anything. Also avoid because their minimum hours to come is 2 hours at one time but other providers will do less hours. We are very happy with our carers, we feel comfortable, couldn't be happier thank you for sending Celena,I find her very happy and willing to help me with what ever is needed to be done. Will not be recommending now to anyone after just seeing one of there workers at the traffic lights pretending to be disabled themselves while having a laugh with there co-worker not a great look carers link.

I rang and rang this company to booked my son in for Campability no one got back to me, I sent so many emails and nothing. This is so disappointing disgusting from this company. My son has been on so many with Campability and he loves it. But I had to break his heart and tell him that this company never got back to me. Not happy
