Please avoid using this provider for Aged Care Packages. I only lasted 4-5 months with them. Tired of them continually changing my mother’s personal carer and the day and time they were to come. So it was ok for them to change the day and time but as soon as I needed to change it I was told her account was going to charged anything. Also avoid because their minimum hours to come is 2 hours at one time but other providers will do less hours.
