We needed last minute transportation to a very important appointment and Care Ride was able to accommodate. At first, the owner suggested I try another transport company to see if they took my mom’s insurance so we don’t spend any money, which I find very honest and ethical in a business owner. Unfortunately there was no other transport that could take my mom the next day so, I called Care Ride back to use their service. Care Ride provided excellent service for us today. The owner himself drove my mom to her doctor appointment, and I was allowed to ride along. He was kind, professional, and careful as he loaded my mom with her wheelchair in and out of his clean and well-kept van. His response to our requests was quick and helpful. We will definitely use Care Ride again if we need non-emergency medical transportation!

My driver was Very Careful with putting me in my wheelchair when loading me up in to the large new Van. Then securely anchorin my wheelchair down onto the floor of the vehicle. He was politely introduced. Himself to me. He drove carefully and had me to my appointment on time! He brought me back to my facility driving as carefully back. I plan to call him for my next appointment in transportation in the future. The van had air conditioning and was a Mercedes, very nice vehicle. Thanks.
