My children have been attending Carepointe for a little over a year now and while I was nervous going into it I have been completely blown away with the level of care they receive there. The teachers are all amazing and very attentive. It’s very personable care. Even teachers from other classrooms know each of the children’s names. If I could give more stars I would. Carepointe has been a second home for my daughter. The care, attentiveness, and love every staff member has for her puts my momma heart at ease. She’s been attending for over a year and I cannot give enough praise for everyone there. I absolutely love the updates and pictures throughout the day. Not only are they amazing, even when my oldest daughter goes with me to pick up her sister all of the staff love her as well. Carepointe is hands down Amazing! We love Carepointe!!
My child began attending Carepointe Academy shortly after my previous childcare fell through. They worked with me to schedule a tour. Although I was so nervous, the staff put me at ease by giving regular updates and sending pictures through the app. The teachers do a great job of helping my child adapt to a schedule where they can play, explore, be creative, and interact with others. Couldn’t be happier with our experience at Carepointe! My son has been there since he was three months old and we absolutely love it! They made my transition back to work so nice for me as a new mom. I also appreciate how much they communicates with me and the willingness to answer my questions. The pictures showing all the activities he participates in throughout his day are always a highlight! My child has attended Carepointe since he was three months old. I had a really hard time returning to work and the staff lovingly worked with me. I was able to go nurse him in the middle of the day for the first few months, and they always kept me posted on the app with updates, pictures, and messages.
