my cousin maryjane pepe is currently at fairport baptist home. my brother and me found a place in pen field and Jay and Kim were absolutely wonderful in getting her in. Kim answered me back very quickly and I know I bother her alot. She is a definite benefit to your organization and i think Maryjane is going to be very happy there

I'm so happy with Care Patrol! From the first contact, and then Kimberly was assigned to me, it was smooth and easy. Kimberly helped me find a place to move my mother within a couple days so she is now in a safe place to hopefully live out her years. With assistance from a VA social worker me and my wife were put in touch with Ashley from CarePatrol in Rochester. She was very friendly, genuine and cared for our concerns with finding a suitable assisted living residence for my 81 year old father who is in the early stages of dementia. Whenever we had a question or concern, we were able to reach Ashley through text or phone and she got back to us quickly!
