Holly from CarePatrol was awesome to work with. She was such a good listener. She was very kind and understanding of the obsticles we faced through out our transition from everyday living for my parents to moving them into a new home. They have a little more help and will be in a place that they can stay long term if and when they will need more help.
Megan from care patrol was the only helpful voice of sanity and compassion and knowledgeable helpfulness in the whole ordeal.
Holly was very kind and helpful in finding a place for our Aunt. I would definitely recommend Care Patrol!
When my elderly mother needed to move to an assisted living facility, the social worker at the hospital recommended Care Patrol. We gave them a call and expained our situation, We were told that an advisor would be contacting us. Within an hour we received a call back from Holly. Holly asked us what area would we prefer. We contacted Care Patrol when trying to find a facility for our Mother. Megan contacted us immediately with a list of CBRF facilities to look over. I let her know 4 we were interested in touring and she set up tours for us and even met us at the last place and toured. A day later I let her know we had made our decision and she contacted the rehab facility to let them know and also Aspire. She was so helpful and happy to answer any questions.
