Very helpful! Katie went above and beyond to help us find a place for our Aunt! She made phone calls, meet us to tour the places. She kept in touch with us and followed up we never felt alone or rushed!
On behalf of our entire family we’d like to thank Rick and Katie for all their help finding a place for our mother. The decision to go to assisted living isn’t an easy one but Rick and Katie walk you through the entire process in all stages from finances to personal preferences. They are even available long after placement just to make sure things are still going smoothly. We wouldn’t trust any other company than CarePatrol with this decision!
