I agree with the previous comments. Vineyard Park of Mountlake Terrace, WA has been horribly affected by the CarePartners Management Group. While the staff is kind and well-meaning, the corporate pressure has left them with poor staffing and budget. Such so that my mother has been given the wrong meds (another patient's!), the food is abysmal (!) and they have failed to properly submit the LTC reimbursement forms so many times I could scream. I have a family member as a resident here in Arizona and have been hearing directly from the staff about recent firings, reduction of staff, and there not being enough staff to manage the residents' needs (bathing, medication, feeding, bathroom, cleaning [there is no janitorial service]. This corporate takeover a memory care facility is definitely about profits and not caring about residents or the staff. Awful company. Since acquiring Vineyard Park of Sumner in a very short period of time they have let long time staffers go, and reduced staff and services. After a recent fall of a resident which resulted in a bleeding injury, the blood/bio hazard was not cleaned for two days while the resident was living in their apartment. The smell and copious amount of blood in the carpet was overwhelming upon our visit to check on the resident. Apparently there is no janitorial service on weekends or evening. They just acquired Stafford Suites in Port Orchard, WA, and renamed it Vineyard Park of Port Orchard. Already laying off a ton of folk. Heartbreaking.

Care Partners doesn’t care about the residents. Only thing they care about is profits. They have taken over numerous facilities and don’t know what they are doing! Don’t put your loved one in these facilities.
