Pathetic refund policy and extremely unprofessional conduct. I paid an advance for a service that was never delivered, and despite multiple follow-ups, the company has neither processed my refund nor responded to my calls or WhatsApp messages. This lack of accountability and communication is unacceptable. Please be careful before making any advance payments. Fraud company.... caregiver ke paise advance lekar caregiver ko bhejte hi nahi.... aur fir phone uthana band kar dete hai.... please don't trust this company and not giving any advance otherwise you will suffer alot.... zero rating from my side....
Worse services, Take money in advance and did not provide attendant since 2 days my mother is on dialysis and father had undergone bypass. They are fraud never take services from them
