My mother's stay at CareOne at Wayne was a mix of exceptional caregivers and deeply disappointing experiences. First, I want to recognize the staff members who truly made a difference. This facility on a scale of one to 10 is a 20… My mother is a 95 year old with dementia. It takes a special type of care to handle that and CareOne’s handling of dementia patients is unparalleled. My mother broke her hip a year ago and was at another facility which was average at best… And she broke her hip this year also and came here and I am shocked how well she’s done and how well she was cared for this place is absolutely incredible.
